The Opportunity

 

We’re looking for a high energy, and highly motivated Technical Sales Representative who can sell our vision and purpose of creating industry leading, innovative chemicals that solve our clients’ toughest challenges.

 

With a technical background, you’re someone with a proven track record in chemical sales, who is determined to achieve your targets through self-motivation, persistence and determination. You have a passion for providing our clients the best chemical products for their application, all while demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and honesty.

 

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, sell our innovative chemical products, develop relationships with clients, prepare reports, maintain and generate your own budgets, and be a contributing member.

Responsibilities

 

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Promotes sales and provides professional support service to new and potential clients
  • Management of the client’s requirements
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with clients
  • Responsible for your budget and achieving sales targets
  • Set up annual and monthly sales budgets and monitor progress for their clients
  • Plan, execute and finalize tenders for projects per Company’s and clients’ procedures, timelines and budgets
  • Work together with contracts management on commercial and legal terms surrounding purchase orders and contracts
  • Participate in field tests that effectively demonstrate newly developed chemical products/applications in order to create successful sales opportunities

 

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Knowledge and experience in the chemical sales industry with a proven sales track record
  • Work experience in energy, oil and gas, petrochemicals or related industry
  • A good technical background
  • In-depth knowledge of upstream, mid-stream, downstream and petrochemical processes is an asset
